All sales of power tools, accessories, and related products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damages or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store.aonetools@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or repair, depending on the product and issue).

Exceptions

• We do not accept returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

• Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
